Our property managers work directly with our accounting team in order to ensure accurate financial reporting and quality solutions. As a valued client of Peak, you will be able to interact directly with your property manager or our accounting department regarding any financial questions you may have. We know the industry well and we have the resources necessary to deliver any information to our clients in an effective and accurate manner.

  • We collect and deposit all strata fees on the 1st of every month as per building bylaws;
  • Maintain financial records in compliance with the strata property act and according to GAAP; General Accepted Accounting Practice;
  • Accounting meetings are available at Peaks office for Council upon request to review budgets and address questions;
  • All Strata corporation documents, files, and accounting records are kept in good order with weekly system backups;
  • Peak will setup all necessary bank accounts and prepare monthly bank reconciliations;
  • The accounting department will review arrears list and distribute letters as needed for collections;
  • Bilingual staff to assist owners if required;
  • We keep accurate representations of all financial statements;
