PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC. was established in 1995 by Owner and President Paul Stapley to fill a growing need for professional management services of rental and strata properties in the Lower Mainland. Peak Property Management’s extensive experience in real estate sales, property management, and mortgage financing will ensure that you receive excellent customer service and that the work gets properly completed. As well Peak's seasoned property managers offer a wealth of knowledge in residential and commercial property management as well as residential rentals.

Our office is conveniently located at #208 - 1046 Austin Avenue Coquitlam between Nelson Road and Marmont Street. Our property managers are accessible by pager, email, or by appointment during regular office hours (Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:00) and on a 24 hour basis for emergency situations.

Our staff comes from a diverse background in Business and Management with experience in administration, real estate, finance, construction, and maintenance. Our property managers are licensed members of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.

We adhere to a strict code of ethics and standards of business practice, are bonded and carry Errors and Omissions Insurance Coverage. PEAK is also a member of the CHOA (Condominium Home Owners Association) and SPABC (Strata Property Agents of BC), whose purpose is to promote the advancement and to maintain public confidence in the honesty, integrity and professionalism and ability of strata property agents thereby benefiting strata councils, owners, tenants, and member agents.
